Dear City 24 Community,

The holiday season is here—a time of joy, gratitude, and giving. Many of us look for meaningful ways to express appreciation to the dedicated condo staff who keep our community running smoothly throughout the year.

Historically, residents have given tips or gifts to staff individually. To simplify the process, the City 24 Board of Directors is introducing an optional online holiday fund. This fund will be shared among all onsite employees, with amounts distributed proportionally based on their length of service during the year.

This is a completely voluntary option and offers a quick, convenient way to show your gratitude to our hardworking staff.

Suggested Contribution Amounts:

While donation amounts are entirely discretionary, the following guidelines are typical for Miami communities:

Studio: $100

1-Bedroom: $150

2-Bedroom: $225

Commercial/Storefront: $325

The holiday fund will remain open until December 16, 2024 at 9am EST, ensuring that we can distribute the contributions in time for the season of giving. Please note: contributions through GoFundMe will display the amount and your name unless you select the Anonymous option.

When the funds are distributed, we will include a list of unit numbers that contributed (but not individual donation amounts).
