As I was leaving Hobby Lobby, I met a man named Doug. He is currently homeless, but he is incredibly kind, gentle, and deeply grateful for even the smallest acts of compassion.

Doug isn’t asking for luxury… Actually he asks for nothing at all. Lets just give him a chance at stability and dignity. We are trying to help him get into a small studio apartment, along with basic necessities like food, vitamins, and essentials. Doug is gluten-free, which makes daily survival even more difficult without help.

More than anything, Doug needs to know that Naples still believes in loving thy neighbor. That he hasn’t been forgotten. That he matters.
