As many of you know, Jack recently donated his kidney to his baby boy, also named Jack, after an incredibly tough few years Let’s come together to show them they’re not alone and help give them the support they so deserve. We’re praying everything continues to go well and that both Jack and baby Jack are on the mend. ��
