Odie needs surgery to repair a high grade tear in her rotator cuff. She is currently dealing with severe chronic pain that will only subside after this procedure is done. This surgery will require that she takes two weeks off of work entirely and her limited mobility after that will further affect her ability to work. Anything and everything helps.
