Christmas morning around 3 a.m a very tragic incident occurred.  While they were sleeping a fire started in one of there empty bedrooms and quickly spread.  Luckily a neighbor saw the fire coming out of the roof and woke them up so they could all get out alive.  The Shortt family just experienced something that no one should have to go through, especially on this day. The home is completely destroyed on the inside.  My wife woke up this morning and found out what happened and decided this is how she wanted to try to help this family.  All of the neighbors on this street are a tight group that try to help one another out.  This family needs our help in this very trying time.  Lets all do what we can and help the Shortt family get back on there feet and maybe we can turn this terrible incident into a show of love and kindness that they will never forget.
