Short indie film, starring Anne Cullimore Decker
Donation protected
I'm Stephen Williams, a local filmmaker and adjunct professor of Film Studies at SLCC. I'm currently making a short dramatic film which will star local actress Anne Cullimore Decker.
Twenty years ago, Anne and I made a short film together called "The Cufflink". That film went on to be featured in fifteen film festivals all over the world, winning the Gold Hugo Award at the Chicago International Film Festival, as well as other awards.
Next week, Anne and I will shoot a new film together, one that explores the topic of dementia. Anne will play Joanne, an 85-year-old woman who suffers from this devastating condition.
We are looking for funds to make the film.
Expenses include:
1. a stipend payment to each cast and crew member
2. equipment rentals
3. color correction expenses
4. final mix expenses
5. catering expenses for the film shoot
6. other misc.
WE WOULD BE MOST GRATEFUL FOR ANY DONATIONS! THE FILM IS INTENDED TO DRAMATIZE AND SHINE A LIGHT ON THIS ILLNESS THAT AFFECTS SO MANY LIVES.
