Hi! We are Neve, Annina, and Amie, three friends from different walks of life that all ended up in filmmaking. Initiated by Neve, this project came to life through a question. From the jungles of Papua New Guinea, the lush greenery of New Zealand, and the mountains of Switzerland, we found ourselves asking, what does belonging truly mean? Especially in a place where you seemingly have everything, where does your power end, or in a circumstance of vulnerability, where do you rise up to take hold of your own agency?

Zurich: a city glittering with subtly carried wealth and the protection of the vast array of insurance options, yet holding a darker underbelly of suffering that is swept off the streets (or at least, almost). Over the course of one evening, we follow a respected judge, a displaced caretaker, a teenage prostitute, and an ageing alcoholic into a night where power and vulnerability shifts hands in each interaction.

This short film will also serve as a proof of concept, with a target of possibly being made into an episodic mini-series. As such, we will be submitting it to film festivals around the world. Join us as we make some magic happen on the screen!
