Short film Orpheus & Eurydice

Hoi hoi, ik ben Marijn en op dit moment ben ik bezig met de voorbereidingen voor mijn afstudeerfilm, die over de mythe van Orpheus en Eurydice zal gaan!

Orpheus, een legendarische muzikant, verliest zijn geliefde vrouw Eurydice, door een slangenbeet. Rouwend reist hij naar de Onderwereld en ontroert Hades met zijn muziek. Hades staat toe dat Eurydice terugkeert naar het leven, mits Orpheus niet naar haar omkijkt voordat zij beiden de Bovenwereld weer bereikt hebben.

Om dit verhaal zo mooi mogelijk weer te geven (wat er hopelijk voor zal zorgen dat ik mijn bachelor ga halen :) ), heb ik jullie hulp nodig! Het maken van een film kost helaas meer geld dan je misschien zou denken. Denk aan locaties, kleding, vervoer van apparatuur, acteurs en crew, catering e.d.

Uiteraard zal ik ervoor zorgen dat de film te bekijken is, mochten jullie een donatie willen doen!

Hi, I'm Marijn and I'm currently working on the preparations for my graduation film, which will be about the myth of Orpheus and Eurydice!

Orpheus, a legendary musician, loses his beloved wife Eurydice, to a snake bite. In mourning, he travels to the Underworld and moves Hades with his music. Hades allows Eurydice to return to life, on the condition that Orpheus doesn't look back at her before they both have reached the Upper World.

In order to portray this story as beautifully as possible (which will hopefully get me my bachelor's degree :) ), I need your help! Unfortunately, making a film costs more money than you might think. Think of locations, clothing, transport of equipment, actors and crew, catering, etc.

Of course I will make sure that the film can be viewed, if you make a donation!
