Short Film: Newscast Gone Wrong

I’m excited to share my passion project—a short film about a newscast gone hilariously wrong. When the teleprompter breaks live on air, the stage manager is forced to charade the rest of the news story to the anchor, leading to a series of unexpected and comedic moments. This idea was inspired by my experiences in both live production and filmmaking courses, and I’ve always dreamed of combining these two worlds into one creative project.

Bringing this story to life means a lot to me. The funds raised will go directly toward essential elements like props, costumes, and meals for the hardworking crew. Every contribution will help ensure that everyone involved has what they need to make this film the best it can be. I want to create something memorable, not just for myself, but for everyone who loves a good behind-the-scenes story.

This film will show all I’ve learned within my four years at MTSU, and I would be so grateful if you could support my journey by sharing this fundraiser with your friends and family. Your encouragement and generosity will help bring this project to its full potential. Thank you so much for believing in me and my vision!
