Hi everyone, we are a group of young filmmakers who would like to raise awareness about immigration and show the difficulties international students face while trying to fit in a foreign country. This film is our Master's Project, which we hope will bring change and shape our futures. We are looking forward to tackling a sensitive topic that many international students face daily, trying to have a home far away from home. Moreover, for Iranians, this is harder when they are unsure if there is a safe home for them anymore.
We find the courage to tell more stories without censorship after the WOMAN LIFE FREEDOM movement. But like all independent filmmakers, we need funding to make this film. LEAVING EALING is a story of dreams which cannot come true; however, they can find their way.
