Hi, my name’s Wayde and I’m an aspiring filmmaker located in Melbourne, Australia.

I am passionate about storytelling and wish to share with the world this original short film I’ve written — a gritty crime thriller about loyalty, betrayal, and the unexpected humanity we find in the darkest moments.

The story follows Oliver, a wounded thief abandoned after a violent bank heist, and Detective Jude, a police officer whose connections to the criminal world are far from straightforward. Their unexpected encounter in a lonely alley sets off a tense exchange where nothing is as simple as it seems.

The film explores loyalty, survival, and the thin line between right and wrong, while holding onto the secrets that drive each character forward.

This project means a great deal to me. It marks my biggest creative step so far — an opportunity to bring a polished, cinematic story to life on a modest budget alongside a talented local cast and crew. Every contribution will go directly toward essential production costs: equipment, locations, props, wardrobe, and making sure everyone on set is properly supported.
