Short Film: After A Century

"After A Century" is a short film currently in production which explores the themes of queer closeting and cultural assimilation through the lens of Vampirism in a world where relationships between vampires and humans are illegal.

Story Teaser: "Ash and Lucia meet by chance in modern-day London after one century of no contact. Ash then invites Lucia to dinner to catch up."

Expected Run Time: 7 - 10 Minutes

Script - Done on 30 / 03 / 2025

Filming - to start on the 12th of April

Editing - from May onward until the beginning of June

One of the actors currently working on it has described it as semi-autobiographical and I (Lucy Lamia Tatarusanu), as Director, Scriptwritter and Actor within this project, cannot deny that the themes explored in this short film aren't my experiences both as related to my Transness and related to living as a foreigner in a country and culture that demands from one to abandon their previous culture and assimilate.

The money that is raised here will go into the props and decorum for the film.
