Shondella Elizabeth Mercer

The Phenomenal Woman, Shondella Elizabeth Mercer, has transcended into the afterlife, all too soon, on Sunday, March 10th, 2024. At the young age of 52 years old, she was suddenly called back to Heaven. Born on Tuesday, January 11th, 1972, Shondella was an extraordinary woman, whose spirit was limitless; blessing many lives that she has encountered along her time. Her generosity knows no bounds, and her heart was full of abundance.

Shondella was an outstanding woman. There aren’t enough words to describe the amazing woman that she was: Extraordinary, Kind-Hearted, Feisty, Powerful, Inspirational, Motivating, Beautiful, Fashionable, Respectful, Nurturing, A Mother, Sister, An Aunt, Cousin, Friend, Teacher, and Most Importantly, A Phenomenal Child of God.

She gave all of us, so much of her love, energy, care, time, companionship, and more. Losing her at such a young age, so suddenly, is undeniably painful. It is truly heartbreaking for each and every one of us.

She now resides at peace, with her mother and father in Heaven. She is survived by her son, Eustace Shanard Huey Bennett III (29), and her grandchildren, Zoe Emilia Bennett (4), and Johnathan Jeremie Bennett (2).

For these unexpected turn of events, we kindly ask of you, Friends and Family of Shondella Mercer, to please help with the funeral arrangements, in order to give a proper farewell, for the mother of Huey Bennett. Whatever amount you are able to contribute, will truly be appreciated.

The Farewell Ceremony is set for Saturday, March 30th, 2024, at 1152 Nostrand Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11225, starting at 3pm. Please share amongst other friends and family as well. Thank you.
