Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,

Our beloved Shofique Uddin (Zulon), our dear grandfather and father, sadly passed away on 13th October 2025. He was a man of immense kindness, humility and generosity, and throughout his life he helped others without ever seeking recognition.

One of the causes closest to his heart was Madrashas & Orphanages in Bangladesh. He regularly donated to support the children there, many of whom are orphans or from struggling families. He believed deeply in giving back to his community and investing in sadaqah jariyah (ongoing charity) that continues to benefit others even after we leave this world.

In his memory, our family is raising funds to continue the work he started to go towards madrashas and orphanages to help provide essential facilities for the children, including classrooms, accommodation, prayer space and learning resources. Your donation will help support:

• Education for orphaned and underprivileged children

• Qur’an memorisation (Hifz) classes

• Safe accommodation for students

• Daily meals and basic needs

• Ongoing building and development work

• Continuation of Father/Grandad’s legacy of giving

• Waterwell

This is not just charity — this is sadaqah jariyah for our grandfather/father Zulon, a gift that will benefit him in the hereafter and continue to bring him reward, In Shaa Allah. Every donation, no matter the amount, will make a difference.

May Allah forgive his shortcomings, illuminate his grave, widen his resting place, and grant him the highest rank in Jannatul Firdous. May Allah reunite us with him in the gardens of Paradise. Ameen.
