My name is Shiv Vikash Ram Chandra - Son of late Sushila of Saiberia Labasa and grandson of late Chelmaiya of Vunivau Labasa. 

I’m 40 years old . My residential address is Muanikoso, Nasinu, Suva, Fiji.

I’m the sole breadwinner of my family, but after being diagnosed with heart blockage, I could barely do regular day jobs. I was previously a taxi driver working hard day and night, trying to provide for my family. Our country faced a massive rise in covid-19 cases last year, due to which our area faced lockdowns. I was also infected with covid-19, but after being home and quarantined for 14 days, things did not get any better. I was still facing heart pain even if I walked for a short distance. After receiving multiple treatments, medicines and eco-cardiogram over four months, the cause of the continuous heart pain was still unknown. Finally, the doctors conducted Angiogram, from which I came to know that I have four significant blockages and multiple other minor blockages. As I have stated, I was previously a taxi driver, so all my savings were used to cater to all house expenses during the lockdown periods. I have two children who are currently schooling. I have no financial support and am now relying on welfare assistance. Thus, I’m asking individuals to help me so that I can raise enough money to help me travel to India and conduct my heart bypass surgery.
