Dear friends and family: It is with a heavy and humble heart that I make this request on behalf of my Mother Diane Johnson concerning her Mother Shirley Leonnell.  

Several years ago my Grandmother developed Alzheimer’s and was placed in a nursing home where she became critically ill and her condition now terminal.

My Mother has to make several arrangements to have her body prepared by the funeral home in FL in order to ship her to NY where she may have a proper funeral and burial.  Anyone who knew my Grandmother Shirley knew she was a classy lady with a heart of gold who would help anyone in need. I am requesting financial support to bring my Grandmother to NY so we may give her a proper homegoing and final resting place among her family.
