Sunday, December 11, 2016, Shirlee got crushing news after undergoing emergency surgery to remove part of her colon.  Her cancer had been in remission for over two years.  It returned and the doctors discovered a tumor wrapped around a major artery.  Recovering from cancer once only to find out that treatments need to start all over again is devastating news. Shirlee is a healer.  After years of studying anatomy and mindful movement, Shirlee has developed a business to work with clients to increase their awareness of strengthening and centering movement. The besmart movement care training techniques provide a natural healing approach that focus on core points required most for balance and flexibility.  She has also developed a series of videos that clients can do on their own which can be accessed through membership in her website: www.besmartcare.com.   Many people have benefitted enormously from her care and compassion and ability to teach others to learn about their bodies and the mind-body connection.  But the most devastating thing about the return of Shirlee’s cancer is that she cannot work right now and has no income to pay her bills.  She has coverage for her medical bills, but needs help to get over this next hurdle in life.
