30 Decks to Patina y Vive's children in Venezuela

Hi, my name is Leonardo Becerra, founder of Ripe Skateboarding, currently, we are donating 30x brand new decks to Patina y Vive. The shipping costs and importation costs are exceeding the €500 euros and to be safe our goal is to reach the total amount of a maximum of €1.000 to be able to pay the total costs of the production, shipping and duty+import taxes. We love skateboarding and believe that we can do so much if we all contribute to keep supporting the initiatives of Patina y Vive in Venezuela.

Transparency:

As soon as the total amount have been reached we will proceed to prepare the shipping to Venezuela. We will keep you posted via social networks and Ripe website. Furthermore, we will make a declaration of transparency at the end of this journey and once the goods are successfully delivered in the final destination.

About Patina y Vive:

Patina y Vive is an initiative of a local skateboarder (Pedro) who combines teaching with his passion for skateboarding. In this way, he gives indigent children in his neighbourhood the opportunity to learn in a fun way. Pedro teaches them the values of the right path and never giving up.

How? By changing and giving opportunities to children who needed it the most. In Pedro's vision, skateboarding is a way of learning and spending time together as a family and having fun. Therefore, his main goal is showing those kids that skateboarding can change their life if they are disciplined and committed with it and overcome their own fears and difficulties in life.

What is Ripe doing?

Ripe Skateboarding is supporting Patina y Vive in many ways.

At the moment we will donate 30 brandnew decks to keep them rolling. You can also support Patina y Vive as all the help and support is welcome.

What can you do?

First of all, every donation and positive support is welcome. In the first place our goal was to collect the amount of €500. Blow ever, due to the high increase of the transportation costs, we have decided to increase the goal to a maximum of €1.000. With this amount, we avoid Patina y Vive paying shipping and importation costs and we will make sure they will receive the decks in good order.
