Shiloh Bear quad cart/ front wheeled chair

Donation protected
Update: Shiloh had his right arm amputated and left arm broke the pin last week. He has had 5 surgeries and been at the vet for one-half months.  His back legs are severely swollen due to inflammation and lack of movement. There is still a chance that we can save his left arm but it is important to get him a support cart that can take the pressure off of his leg. He needs to be able to move at this point.
I am looking into getting him a temporary quad cart that can be delivered quickly and then building him a custom front wheeled cart which will  allow for more mobility than a quad cart, but a custom cart takes longer to build and he needs a cart sooner than later so that he can come home and i can take care of him.  It is hard on his morale to be in a kennel mostly alone day after day as dogs are pack animals and need their family
I am going to seek a consultation tomorrow with orthopedic surgeon to get an ok for my plan.
Thank you for your compassion and support!!

Update: xrays show both elbows are dislocated and the bone that holds the humerus in place is shattered on both elbows. It is going to cost between $2000-4000/ elbow. Please help me keep my dog alive. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

My german shepherd boy, shiloh, broke both of his elbows while on our morning hike. He jumped off of a  ledge above a sheer rock face about 30-50 feet up from the  road we were walking down and i think the impact was too much for his joints to sustain.
I didn't witness the fall, but looked back right after to find him laying in the dirt road screaming with blood coming out of his mouth and unable to lift his nose off the ground.  I carried him to the car the best that i could and rushed him to the closest vet.

After an initial exam,  the vet said that he might need surgery depending on what the xrays showed and if i couldn't afford surgery, he suggested Euthanasia.
I can't do euthanasia. I just put my last dog to sleep exactly a year ago because he had terminal cancer. Shiloh is still young and so beautiful, energetic and healthy. I just cannot put him to sleep. I cannot lose another friend right now.

I am currently in severe debt because of a string of bad luck i have had in the last year and a half... i have made some impetuous decisions that have put me in a very vulnerable position financially.
A year ago, I chose to leave where i was living because it was causing me health problems, and my lack of planning put me into financial straits. Shortly after moving to the middle of nowhere without any friends, family or community support around me, the engine in my truck blew up, stranding me and making it impossible to work for over a month until i could get alternate transportation.
And then my dog of 9 years became ill with cancer.   I took out a line of credit to care and do the best that i could for him, but he eventually had to be put to sleep last May.
I found my new german shepherd, Shiloh, a month after my last dog passed away mainly because he needed a home (previous owners were taking him to the pound)  and I needed help healing from my broken heart. We rescued eachother.

So,  i have been left without many options to help save my boy but to ask for help from my world community and pray that if it is in my boy's highest interest he will be saved by your generous, kind,  compassionate hearts .... thank you for reading my plea for help...
once i have heard from the vet regarding next steps, i will post vet contact info and if people feel more comfortable donating directly to the vet... that is ok with me too. Thank you soo much!
