My loyal, kind, supportive, funny, lovely aunt Sheryl was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2008 and after about a year of treatment, she was said to be in remission. Since then, she has struggled with the lingering effects of her treatment including some chronic pain. Over the past few months, she has been having increased pain and chronic fatigue which has greatly impacted her quality of life. Last week, she had a bone scan which revealed that the cancer is no longer dormant and rapidly spreading throughout her body. Initially, her cancer had spread to her ribs, bones, and back. This time, it is in her skull, shoulders, back, pelvis, hips, legs, and twice as much in her ribs as before. Thankfully, it has not spread to any vital organs. Her cancer is aggressive and therefore, so will her treatment need to be.

As Sheryl and her husband, Wayne, are still working to pay off medical bills from her initial cancer, they are in need of help to get Sheryl the treatment she needs to fight it again.
