Hello,
It was 7:00 am on Sunday, December 1st, the smoke detectors went off and awoke her on Thomas Street, Phillipsburg, NJ. She was able to get out and notify the adjoining house, where the fire originated. The firefighters were able to rescue her cat, Kitty, and after some time at the vet, he was reunited with her. However, Sherry Buckley Matthew’s house was destroyed, and she lost everything. Sherry has been a lifelong friend to me and my family. I can personally attest to Sherry being a very loving and caring person and always being there when needed by all.
I understand during the holiday season that we may all be strapped financially, but if you could please find it in your heart to help Sherry out during this traumatic time of need it would truly be appreciated. I want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas, a healthy and happy New Year, and may God Bless you all.
Sincerely,
Donna Marczi
