GreatMorning! I am Sherry Johnson, and I am reaching out to you for emergency support during one of the most challenging times of my life. Due to extreme medical conditions, I am unable to walk, work, or function without assistance. Recently, I lost my employment, income, and most of my independence. This has left me facing a future that is uncertain, discouraging and overwhelming. My rent has increased, and my housing is now in jeopardy, making this time even more difficult. Literally, sheriffs will be banging on my door to evict me. Scary!!! I won't survive it. I can't walk! I am disabled and recently had multiple major surgeries and lengthy hospital stays.
My primary goal is to remain safely housed at home. I don't want to be evicted. Because of my disabilities, multiple medical conditions, very recent surgeries, and the loss of my income/ employment, I am doing everything I can to prevent an imminent eviction process that has already begun. I can't fix this alone. I really need you. Thankfully, my lease has been renewed, and both the property owners and management want me to stay. I am extremely clean, quiet, and respectful to all, and my neighbors want me here. However, I do not have the financial resources to catch up on rent and all of the legal fees included plus utilities & other necessities like groceries. Your donations will help keep me housed, provide a path for me to heal in peace, and allow me to move forward at home. Your support will also help cover some of my medical costs, help me get a vehicle with a wheelchair lift, and prepare me for college starting in January 2026. I will have to take all online classes because I don't have a much neededwheelchair & van with a lift. For many months, I haven't been able to get to the college campus, or anywhere else independently, to do in person tasks or meet with college course counselors. What college classes or careers do you think I should consider? I am open for suggestions. I'd love to hear your thoughts & ideas. I want to go on campus. For many months I've not been able to be independent. The only time I get to leave is when the fire department ambulance or other medical transportation delivers me to and from the hospital and or many medical appointments in various counties.
I have just been approved for Social Security benefits starting in January 2026, and I am deeply appreciative of this gesture by our Federal Government and my home, the United States of America. Your donations and support will help me accomplish many great things on a personal and community level. Your kind❤️ heart will help me reach financial independence so I can use my Social Security benefits only as necessary, and then I can give back to others in the future. I aim to become so self-sufficient that I can inform our Federal Social Security Administration to keep my benefits to help someone else in need because I have successfully used the resources as a stepping stone to better health and financial freedom. I'd much rather be a contributing member of society. I want to be healthy, walk, work, create, and give back to our community. I haven't found work that I can do from home. Please, send me any ideas and or criticism. I'm not the greatest with technology. I am better off with mechanical stuff like motors, trucks, transmissions and pick-n-pull auto junk yards. I could easily spend a whole day at a junk yard. I am doing everything from my little cellphone, no computer. Maybe I should try doing YouTube or TikTok... I have lots to learn. I will try. Keep an eye out for me on YouTube and TikTok... I'm open to professional mentors as well. I will create an email account so that you can reach me with options and ideas. I have many goals, ideas and options, especially once I'm healed up. I've even had to put my community outreach activities & my food truck plans on hold. Of course my main focus is to prevent this eviction. Stopping my eviction is the #1 goal. I really would love to call the property manager right now and be ready to pay my debt so I'm not evicted. An actual eviction would be disastrous for me. I already have to fight hard to prevent more high fever infections & amputations. I can't do it without your donations & support. I really need you!!!
Please, donate to help me to not become homeless, especially with my disabilities and medical conditions during this Christmas 2025 & New Year 2026 holiday season!
You are truly appreciated. I thank you for your donations, support and ideas. We can do this!
Sherry Johnson
