My wife Sherri's horrible wreck

Hey, This is Derrick and I'm trying to get help due to my wife's horrible wreck and the bills we're going to incur from it. The car was totaled, her left femur was broken, her left arm was broken and she has at least one broken rib and a bruised lung, not to mention the 7-9 staples in her head.
