Many of us know Sherri Scott as a skillful, sensitive caregiver who’s provided decades of relief through her low-cost chiropractic clinic. A self-employed healthcare provider, working out of a humble home office to keep costs low, Sherri’s work has always been a labor of love. She knows, as many of us do, the struggle of making ends meet as she strives to serve her community and do the healing work she has been called to do.

Now, after experiencing a temporary health crisis that has her in a physical rehabilitation center—including a heart procedure and a subsequent hematoma in her leg that has left her temporarily unable to walk—she needs OUR help. Because she has prioritized making chiropractic service accessible, including to low-income folks, she doesn’t have a financial cushion that will permit her to weather this short-term loss of income. So even though her prognosis is excellent—she is working hard in physical therapy and making good progress—she is not expected to be able to return to work full-time for the next few weeks.
