Please fund my younger sister Sherri Hurt.
Sherri was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in 2001. The decline in her health has been gradual yet progressive. She’s gone from using a cane to a walker and now is wheel-chair bound. Sherri has gone from being an adventurous on-the go woman to one who has difficulty preforming even routine tasks. Her spirits remain high as she attempts to stay positive while being resigned to the possibility of never being fully mobile again. Despite her mobility issues she manages to work full-time (from home) and remain mentally active and an important part of her family.
Sherri recently visited Colorado Regenerative Medicine where she discovered that her stem-cells can be used to regenerate the tissue and nerves, which could greatly improve her mobility. The cost of the steam cell treatment is $7,500 and is not covered by insurance. Given her age and the toll that the M.S. has taken on her body, she could possibly require two treatments. Although there is no guarantee, people who have undergone these treatments have shown an 85% improvement and relief from their various ailments. Once the funds are received she can undergo the stem cell treatment within a matter of days.
