Love and Support for our Shero

After experiencing facial pain and awful headaches for months, Quita recently found out her Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis was back and now the tumors are located in the lymph nodes of the neck, thoracic, skull and tissues of the brain. This news couldn’t have been more heart breaking after 2 years of being tumor free.
Our hearts are in this for Quita and her family, Quita is an inspiration to all. She, encourages and inspires others to always keep fighting and living the life you love even when the going gets tough - just like she does day in and day out.
Quita can do it. We marvel at her toughness. She’s done this before. The chemo and radiation made her sick, but somehow she still went to work. She just does what she has to do. We know her toughness and resilience can last only so long. This is why we must turn to others for help.
Sadly, her siblings and most of her family members live out of state. Thankfully, she has a strong network of friends and the support of her community which will help along this journey.
She has never asked for help before. Sickness is expensive, and promises just aren’t enough. Funds that will be collected, will be used towards out of pocket medical expenses, child/household care and necessary travel costs.
Unfortunately, in today’s society many families have their share of financial burdens. There is no contribution that would be considered too small and any gift both monetary and of prayer would be forever appreciated.
As Quita would say:
Keep laughing, keep loving and keep living #thatisall #carryon
Thank you for helping us achieve and SURPASS our goal here!
