Sheri Sprung’s Medical Leave Support Group

Hello everyone,

Sheri Sprung is a strong, single mom of four grown children, (Katie O’Donnell, Savannah O’Donnell, Gavin Kai, and Colin Reardon). She has been diagnosed with a brain tumour and the doctors think it is meningioma. The tumour is on her optic nerve. This means she must have surgery before it impedes the optic nerves even more and causes more permanent damage to her eyesight.

This surgery will force her to be off work for 3 months if all goes well. We are looking to support Sheri in paying her bills while she is off. Sadly being in contract work, when she’s not working, she won’t have a steady paycheck. My hope is we can support her enough, so she can take the proper time off to heal, and recover, without financial pressures sending her back to work sooner than the doctors would like.
