Sherilyn Vita Silva (Sheri) is an amazing mother to 3 beautiful children, an awesome public school teacher and a wonderful wife to Jeremy. She loves cheering and has been involved in that world since she was a teen. She loves running & working out and has inspired so many of us to rise up and embrace body positivity. Most importantly, she is extremely passionate about her large family and friends. Every day we feel her enthusiasm and love- we know exactly where we stand with her- because Sheri never minces words or hides her feelings. This is her gifting- to love people well. 

Sheri, during a recent mammogram, found out she has Stage 2 breast cancer. Mercifully, the cancer is only in the breast and one left lymph node. Her other lymph nodes have not been affected. 

Right now Jeremy & Sheri are looking at:

*8 weeks of chemo (1x every 2 weeks)
*12 weeks of chemo (1x weekly)
*surgery
*radiation (at some point this summer)

Her journey will be long but we know what a fighter she is. She is a fierce warrior and will absolutely kick this cancer's butt!

Please consider praying for her, writing her cards throughout the spring and summer, bringing her meals (please no processed sugar, sugar feeds cancer), checking in on her, sending her encouraging texts, taking her kids for adventures so she can rest and donating to this campaign. 

Sheri & Jeremy are blessed with great insurance but there will still be meals she will be too tired to cook (eventually), bills they do not anticipate and of course, gas going to and from appointments. 

We all love Sheri so very much. Let us rally around her so she feels how much we love her. We want her to only have to focus on her health and beating breast cancer! Go team!
