What is this program?
Our Shelter to Home program was created to help dogs leave the boarding environment at Mona’s House Rescue and move toward stable, loving homes. While boarding keeps them safe, it’s not a long-term solution for many dogs. They need structure, training, decompression, and the opportunity to learn how to succeed in a home environment.
That’s where DBD K9 Training Solutions comes in. The funds we are raising go directly toward getting these dogs into professional training programs where they can work on behavior, confidence, obedience, and socialization. The ultimate goal is to help each dog transition into a foster home, foster-to-adopt placement, or forever adopter after training.
