**JULY 11 UPDATE**

Thanks to all of you, Shelly will be leaving for Sanoviv Medical Institute on Tuesday, July 14, to undergo her next round of treatment. On behalf of her friends and Family as well as herself- an immense expression of love and gratitude. In whatever way you were able to support this campaign, you have been a very big and important part of Shelly's Journey. We will continue to update you along the way. Any incoming donations will be used for her treatments upon her return that are not covered (hyperbaric oxygen therapy in particular).

Hope Needs One More Chapter - an update on Shelly’s Healing

A loving note: Rather than starting a brand-new fundraiser, we chose to continue Shelly’s original GoFundMe by increasing the goal to $100,000. The incredible generosity from last year’s campaign raised approximately $70,000, which has since been used to fund Shelly’s first trip to Sanoviv and the medical care that followed.

At this point, we simply need to raise approximately $20,000 to help get Shelly back to Sanoviv for her follow-up treatment beginning July 14. By extending the original campaign rather than creating a new one, we’re simply creating the opportunity to raise the remaining funds needed for this next important phase of her healing. Thanks to all of you- we are almost there!
________

With so much gratitude in our hearts, we wanted to thank every one of you for the incredible compassion, kindness, prayers, and generosity you’ve shown Shelly throughout her healing journey. Because of your unwavering love and support, Shelly was able to travel to Sanoviv Medical Institute this past December and complete a specialized three-week treatment program designed specifically for her.

Today, we wanted to share both a beautiful update and an important one.

The treatment Shelly received at Sanoviv produced remarkable results which we will highlight below. Recent scans and blood work, however, show that while she remains in a dramatically better place than where she began, some areas are slowly becoming more active again. After reviewing her latest imaging, it has been recommended that she return to Sanoviv sooner rather than later for another round of personalized bio-immunotherapy, and we are hoping to make that happen for her ASAP. Sanoviv can accommodate her as early as this July 14th.

The encouraging news is that this next trip isn’t about starting over, it’s about protecting the incredible progress Shelly has already made due to your generosity and support. This next round of treatment is also a fraction of the cost and only 8 days not 21.

If you imagine Shelly beginning this journey at 100%, the treatment at Sanoviv, combined with her incredible dedication to her healing, reduced her overall cancer burden by nearly 80%. While we’ve recently seen a small amount of progression, she remains significantly healthier than when she first arrived at Sanoviv. We are hopeful that returning now, while she is still in such a strong position, will help build on that momentum and move her one step closer to the finish line she has envisioned from the very beginning.

For those who may not have followed Shelly’s story from the beginning, here’s a brief recap.

When Shelly was accepted into the program at Sanoviv, the treatment options available to her in Canada were extremely limited because of the biology of her cancer. After months of seeking care from a wide range of medical and integrative professionals, she chose to pursue this specialized treatment program because it aligned with both her medical needs and her unwavering faith that healing was possible.

The results were remarkable.

Before arriving at Sanoviv, the tumour in Shelly’s breast measured approximately 10 x 12 cm. After just three weeks of treatment, it had reduced to approximately 2 x 2 cm. Areas that had previously shown cancer involvement, including her chest wall and sternum, showed no measurable evidence of disease on follow-up imaging back in Toronto. Her cancer marker also dropped from nearly 500 to 59, an extraordinary improvement that gave our entire community so much hope.

Every one of these milestones was made possible because of your generosity, your encouragement, your prayers, and your belief in Shelly. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping make those results possible.

One of the unexpected gifts of this journey has been witnessing the impact Shelly’s story has had on so many people. Countless friends, family members, and even people who have never met her personally have reached out to share how deeply inspired they have been by her courage, her faith, and her unwavering commitment to healing.

Shelly has approached every decision with thoughtful research, intention, and countless conversations with both medical and integrative professionals. She has shown many of us what it looks like to advocate for ourselves with courage, to ask questions, to seek understanding, and to move forward with hope rather than fear. Whether someone would make the same choices or not, her journey has opened meaningful conversations and encouraged others to become more informed, more curious, and more empowered in making decisions about their own health.

Healing is rarely a straight line, but Shelly continues to meet each chapter with grace, resilience, and an unshakable belief that healing is possible. That spirit continues to inspire everyone fortunate enough to walk alongside her.

This update is simply to share where Shelly is today and why returning to Sanoviv this month is so important. She and Ryan continue to do everything they can to make this next step possible while balancing family life, work, and ongoing medical care.

Whether you’ve been following Shelly’s journey from the very beginning or you’ve only recently become part of her story, thank you for continuing to walk beside her. Your prayers, your messages, your encouragement, your willingness to share her story, and every act of kindness have meant more than words can express. Our family is endlessly grateful for this community and for the hope you’ve helped carry every step of the way.

With love,

Leanne

on behalf of Shelly, Ryan, Coco, Hank, and everyone who loves her

The Campaign for Shelly:

My name is Leanne Jacobs and my heart is full of gratitude to be supporting my dear friend and colleague Shelly Boudah with her healing journey. I have had the gift of knowing and loving Shelly for many decades- we grew up in the same town of Burlington, Ontario, went to high school together, and had the opportunity to partner together in business for almost 20 years.

This year, I made a commitment to begin raising funds specifically for Women who are navigating challenging times or may lack financial resources to pursue the most authentic and aligned path for them in health, life or business. This fund will be called The Beautiful Money Fund and will support Women navigating health journeys, personal journeys or business journeys that require a specific allocation of financial resources. The vision for this fund is to support 1,000,000 Women around the globe with the financial resources they need to thrive in health, life, and business. Today, we are starting this fund journey by supporting one extraordinary Woman and our very first recipient- Shelly Boudah. The funds raised through this campaign will cover the basic cost of her cancer treatment program at Sanoviv Medical Institute

SHELLY'S DIAGNOSIS:

If you know Shelly, you know that she is one who always shows up for others, serves with her whole heart, and spends her days lifting others up (even on her most challenging days). Today, Shelly needs her community for an uplift.

Over the past year, many of you have followed Shelly's journey and her commitment to supporting her body in a holistic and integrative way. Behind the scenes, she has also been quietly and consistently seeking care from a wide range of both traditional and integrative healthcare professionals.

Since early spring, she has been consulting with many different practitioners, and more recently, she has been under the care of Princess Margaret Hospital, where she has been undergoing extensive testing and evaluation.

Through this process, she received a diagnosis of Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer.

Because of the biology of her tumour, three of four treatments typically offered in Canada (chemotherapy, radiation and surgery) are not feasible or applicable options for her case. Her tumour type does not respond to chemotherapy. The size of her tumour also prevents her from being a candidate for surgery. Without surgery, radiation is not indicated. These factors leave Shelly with one option of hormonal therapy, which she has started with Princess Margaret Hospital.

Shelly's doctors have also shared that the tools available within the traditional medical system cannot offer a curative outcome for her particular cancer type. This is reflective of current options in Canada and not the possibilities of a true healing journey for her. Shelly does not live from a space of fear and only lives from a space of absolute possibility for healing. She continues forward with deep trust, courage and clarity.

WHY SANOVIV IS SHELLY'S BEST NEXT STEP:

After extensive research and a medical consultation, Shelly has been accepted into a three-week integrative cancer treatment program at Sanoviv Medical Institute, a world renound and first of its kind medical facility offering medical approaches not available within the Canadian System. Sanoviv's physicians specialize in tailoring treatment plans for complex cases like hers, and use advanced integrative therapies, metabolic medicine and comprehensive whole-body protocols designed to optimize healing.

This approach harmoniously aligns with Shelly's medical needs and her unwavering belief in her body's ability to heal.

Sanoviv has a spot for Shelly as early as late December, and she is preparing to begin treatment as soon as possible.

The fundraising financial goal of this campaign is specifically to cover the basic cost of this program.

WHY ARE WE COMMITTED TO RAISING FUNDS FOR SHELLY?

Shelly does have critical illness insurance that will help cover a portion of the medical program at Sanoviv Medical Institute. That being said, the cost of this program is $45,000 USD (not including travel or companion care while she is there).

Shelly requires $10,000 in medical support, testing and preparative treatments, prior to leaving for Sanoviv.

Shelly will also need extensive integrative treatment, therapies, supplements, and follow-up care when she returns home from Sanoviv. These costs are not covered by insurance and can be substantial.

This fundraiser is designed to help bridge these gaps so that Shelly can focus entirely on her healing without the added stress of financial burden.

Shelly has been actively exploring options to take this path since early 2025, however, the financial costs were the only limitations to accepting this treatment earlier. Here is where we can support Shelly get the medical care as early as December 2025 so she can start the most advanced and optimal treatment for her cancer type.

A FAMILY MOVING FORWARD WITH STRENGTH AND UNITY:

Shelly, her husband Ryan, and their children Coco and Hank are navigating this situation with incredible courage and devotion. They are united in ensuring Shelly receives the treatment and support she needs now and in the months ahead.

Your support- whether through donation or sharing this campaign- will have a profound and immediate impact on Shelly's recovering and ability to access lifesaving care.

HOW YOU CAN HELP:

If Shelly has ever touched your life through her kindness, leadership, healing gifts or simply her beautiful smile and presence, this is a meaningful moment to support her journey:

  • Please donate if you are able, or share this campaign with anyone who knows Shelly or her story.

  • Please join us in surrounding her with love and possibility

Shelly is choosing the path that gives her the greatest opportunity to heal and thrive- for herself, her family, and her future.
