Shelly Stringer's Medical Expenses

Anyone who knows Shelly Hembree Stringer can tell you that her favorite color is purple. Little did we know, the color purple would come to represent not only Shelly but also the cancer she battles, pancreatic cancer.
Shelly (42) is a lifelong resident of George County, Mississippi. She now teaches at the same high school which she attended, GCHS.
15 years ago, she married fellow native Duane Stringer (51). Together, they have a daughter, Alivia Stringer (13). Alivia attends and cheers for GCMS as well as Heart of Gold.
Shelly received diagnosis this past March. As you can imagine, the journey ahead of the family will include rough waters. While navigating these waters, Shelly will be traveling back and forth to Houston, Texas. She will be staying at the Rotary House and undergoing treatment at MD Anderson.
Simply put, any momentary donation that you can give will help ease the family’s financial burden, as costs are adding up.
