Ever the volunteer and helper to all - she's not the one to reach out for help! But it's time. She needs help to kick this challenge.

She started a new job less then a year ago and her healthcare deductible is steep - $7K per year! Since it's already October she will need to hit that deductible- TWICE. I thought - we can help her cover that expense to take that burden off her while she takes on this fight.
I only met Shelly a couple years ago when we both reached out to help families loosing it all in the Camp Fire of 2018. I saw first had how willing she was to give of her heart and time to people she barely knew. Since then it is evident that is who she is. So now, we will help her. I know, pre-COVID, she was volunteering at Redding events for breast cancer - long before she became one of the 1 in 8 women to get diagnosed.
