Shelly's ALS Battle

My wife, Shelly,  was diagnosed with ALS in 2018 and was recently hospitalized for 4 weeks, where she had to undergo an emergency Tracheostomy . She is on a ventilator and requires 24 hour care.  Unfortunately her health insurance does not cover 24 hour care. I have not been able to return to work because I am her primary caregiver. As of now I have been out of work for 2 months taking care of my wife. Shelly has made it clear that she wants to remain at home with me and our 2 sons ages 19 and 14. I decided to do this fundraiser in efforts to raise money to help with all of the medical expenses that have occurred, and continue to occur with this diagnosis. Money raised will help pay for 24 hour home care, hospital bills, medications and medical Equipment. We also hope to purchase a wheelchair accessible Van, so that I am able to transport Shelly to medical appointments. We never have been ones to ask for help. This is very humbling for us but we have exhausted our finances and have decided that it's time to ask for help. Thank you in advance for your kindness and generosity.
