UPDATE!!!
Hello everyone out there that came together to support our friend this past Winter! Your contributions from that initial call for help made great strides in helping Shellaine's resolve to fight this disease, ease her pain, build her strength, and feel your love and support. Sadly, the funding of those efforts have been exhausted, and our incredible friend faces another challenge related to this terrible disease. As many of you know, Shellaine will be starting a cancer treatment trial in a few weeks, in Vancouver. Her introduction to this treatment will be two months in length where she will stay in Vancouver, followed by bi-weekly trips to and from home (Fort St. John) for two days.
As we know, life and travel in the North does not come cheaply, nor does living away from home. If you are able to help, even in a small way, it will go a long way to lessening a burden on Shellaine and her family to ensure that she has what she needs to begin her new trial. I like to let you all know that when we started this campaign , we began with a goal of $1000 and we managed to raise $11,305.00 in less than a month, how amazing!!
Now we have raised our goal to $13,500.00 let see if we can make it happen!

Hello Shellaine's friend, hope you all are doing great.
As you all know our good friend Shellaine is working very hard to kick her cancer in the ass, she has gone through a few set of treatements and hopefully late this year or ealy next year she is going to try a new type of procedure.
This new procedure unfortunately is not cover by insurance nor our medical system and it will cost around $1000 per month (+-).
Of course our good friend Shellaine never ask for any help, you know how independet she is, so a couple of us decided to start this gofundme account with the idea to collect some funds to help cover for this new treatment.
I believe anything will mean the world to her, but if you cannot help at this time is not a problem.
The plan is to at least be able to cover for the first month and we will like to accomplish this before the end of January 2016.
Thanks so much to all of you and please give her a call, text her or facebook message her and let her know how much you love her and that she is not alone in this f****ing fight, we will beat the s***t out of it.
