Im Brittney Cousin of Shelby Jackson. Shelby has been through so much at her young age she has kidney failure but recently she suffered a heart attack a few weeks ago and she underwent heart surgery. Now she has pneumonia and Shelby as well as her parents Elcine and Johnny are needing financial help as their funds are running low due to them staying in hotels, food and bills we are asking for help during this tragic situation please help as she has a long road to recovery.
