Shelby and Dave's road to recovery

Hi friends!  Shelby and Dave need your help. They had an accident which left Shelby with a broken back and foot, and Dave with a broken back and pelvis. Dave had surgery on his pelvis, while Shelby had surgery on her foot, but she still may need surgery on her back :(
     
We are so lucky that they are both on the path to healing now, but they have a long road to go. Shelby is recovering at a rehabilitation facility currently, while Dave is at home receiving care from family. Neither is able to perform regular daily tasks by themselves at this point, and both will need continued physical therapy in order to get back to health.
     
Any help you can give now would go towards their rent (they live together), utilities, medical bills that aren't covered by insurance, as well as other necessities for their recovery.  Your donations would be hugely appreciated, as anyone who has ever had an injury knows that these costs add up.
