Help Shelby get life saving Neurological care at Mayo clinic.

My name is Christina, and I'm urgently asking for your help to save the life of someone very dear to me -Shelby Opdycke, my little sister.

On Saturday September 20, 2025, shelby experienced a terrifying medical emergency. She suddenly went into uncontrollable convulsions, seizure-like episodes that left her unable to speak, breath properly, or respond to anything around her. She was rushed to the hospital and later transferred to *Hamilton general trama care*, where she spent two days in critical condition.

She was unresponsive - suffering from what appeared to be multiple seizures, neurological symptoms, and possible brain or spinal complications. At one point a breathing tube had to be inserted down her throat to keep her alive. Doctors still don't fully know what is causing these attacks, and we have not recieved the specialized answers or treatments she so desperately needs.

Shelby needs urgent evaluation and advanced Neurological care that simply is not available here right now. After speaking with doctors and advisors, we believe the Mayo clinic in the U.S is her best chance for a diagnosis, comprehensive testing and effective treatment.

But transferring a critically ill patient internationally- especially for specialized care, is extremely expensive. Between medical air transport, evaluation, and treatment cost we are looking at ten of thousands of dollars, and time is not on our side.
