Yesterday, our Access2Zen Sanghamate, Sheila Moore, lost her home to the Palisades Fire. Sheila was at home when she received the evacuation order, giving her 20 minutes to gather what she could and leave.

Included in the things she quickly gathered were her Kwan Yin and Buddha statues, her sitting bench, and the rakusu she was sewing in preparation for taking her precepts. Sheila and her family lost everything else.

To support Sheila and her family at this great time of need, a GoFundMe campaign has been set up, where she will receive funds directly to help her recover from this loss.
