The sudden, tragic passing of Sheila Lynne Brooks, 54 of Decatur, IL has impacted many within our community. Sheila’s family is asking for help with covering her funeral costs including visitation, burial, and grave marker. Any remaining funds will be used to help Sheila’s 2 children, Ian and Holly.
