24hr Shearathon & Charity Speed Shear
31st July - 1st August 2026
Andrew Bell-Percy and Richard Lancaster will be taking on the ‘Mighty’ Challenge of a 24hr Shearathon. Shearing lambs for 24 hours in memory of Aaron who was killed in July 2022 by a dangerous driver and to raise awareness and money for Brake - the road safety charity.
Luke Bell-Percy will be taking on a junior mini Shearathon in memory of his brother Aaron
This event will also support two other charities and raise money for Sepsis in memory of Hannah Brown who lost her life in 2021 and Papyrus in memory of Will Pedley who lost his life in 2025
Three amazing young people taken too soon ❤️
This challenge will need Shear Determination both physically and mentally from the lads but we will also need the support of our family, friends and community to make this challenge possible and raise as much money as possible for our chosen charities.
The Shearathon will conclude with a charity speed shear, followed by music and a well deserved drink.
please come along to support or you can support by donating through this page
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts
