We are raising funds to support our mother, Kwajalien Lumpkin, as she transitions to live with family.
She has Guillain-Barré Syndrome, which has cause her to loose ability to walk, along with a host of other health challenges that have progressed to the point where she is currently unable to live alone without assistance. We remain prayerful and hopeful that with the right care she will make a full recovery.
To prepare for her care transition, we need to make several adjustments and obtain resources to keep her safe, comfortable, and mobile — including but not limited to:
• A transport van to get her to her many doctor appointments
• A wheelchair ramp and a new electronic wheelchair
• Caregivers
• Other supplies and home adjustments
Your support will go directly toward making this transition possible and giving mom the care, dignity, and family presence she deserves.
We are deeply grateful for your kindness, prayers, and generosity. Thank you for helping us through this season. If you have any questions or would like to give another way, please reach out to Tammara or Kari through Facebook.
