I’m writing this on behalf of someone I love dearly—a woman who would never ask for help herself, but desperately needs it right now.
She’s a single mother, working tirelessly to keep her family afloat. Recently, her car—the only transportation she has to get to work—was taken unexpectedly and has not been recovered. This wasn’t just a car—it was her lifeline. Without it, she can’t work, take care of her disabled son, or maintain the fragile stability she’s worked so hard to build.
We’re not just worried about her job—we’re worried about losing our home.
If she can’t get to work, she can’t get paid. And without income, we won’t be able to pay rent or afford basic needs. This car is the only thing standing between us and homelessness.
What makes this even harder is… she doesn’t know I’m doing this. I don’t have much time to get this done either:/
I’m carrying my own pain—recovering from a toxic and abusive situation that has left me unemployed and emotionally drained. But despite everything, I believe in faith, I believe in people, and I believe that when we can’t do it alone, we’re allowed to ask for help.
I’m reaching out quietly, humbly, and with everything I’ve got.
I’m asking for help to:
• Provide emergency transportation so she doesn’t lose her job
• Help replace or recover the car
• Cover basic costs to keep our family housed and stable
Anything you can give—$5, $10, a share, or a prayer—would mean the world.
We believe in miracles. And we know that sometimes God sends people—not just blessings.
If you’ve ever known what it feels like to be holding it all together and one thing goes wrong, please consider being the help she would never ask for, but truly needs.
Thank you for reading. Thank you for seeing us.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for caring.
