Help Us Rescue the Sweet Cat Who Found Her Way to Us

Hi, we’re Juan and Helsa Ledesma, and this fundraiser is for a sweet gray kitty who’s been living outside our apartment. We don’t know her full story, but over the past couple of weeks, she’s slowly become part of ours.

It started when we noticed her hanging around our apartment complex. She was skinnier, dirtier, and had some visible bald spots. She looked like she hadn’t eaten well in a long time. So we began feeding her daily, and little by little, she started to trust us. Now, she waits for us at the bottom of the stairs, follows us to our doorstep, and shows us so much love and gratitude.

We want to give her a forever home.

But we need help.

We already have a cat named Lulu (our boy), but he hasn’t been neutered yet. That means we can’t safely bring her inside until both of them have been fixed and fully checked by a vet. Right now, we simply don’t have the funds to cover all the vet costs: spay, vaccinations, flea treatment, bloodwork, and everything else she’ll likely need to live a healthy, safe life indoors.

The incredible support from our TikTok community is what inspired us to take this step. So many of you commented and encouraged us to start a GoFundMe, and now we’re here, hopeful that with your help, we can give her the life she deserves.

We’re still deciding on her name, and we plan to let our TikTok family help choose. After all, you’ve been with us since the beginning of this journey.

• Any medications she might need

We’ll continue to update everyone through TikTok as we move through each step. She’s not just a stray... she’s already part of our little family. And we’re so close to making it official.
