Hello everyone! My name is Vicki Gillam and I am seeking support as I work toward adopting a child who has already become a central part of my life. She first came into my care in 2022 due to her parents’ inability to provide for her due to mental health issues. Since then, I have been her primary caregiver, offering stability, love, and a safe home. In 2024, I was granted legal guardianship through the courts, solidifying my role in her life.

Now, as she reaches an age where she is learning her name, her identity, and beginning to understand the world around her, it is more important than ever to give her the permanence and security she deserves. Adoption will ensure she has a stable, lifelong home where she can continue to grow, feel safe, and thrive.

I am raising funds to help cover the legal and associated costs of the adoption process so I can make this commitment official and give her the future she deserves.
