Please Help Save Katerine From Being Taken From the Only Home She Knows

My best friend, Katerine, needs us now more than ever. She came to the United States from Honduras when she was only a child. This is the only home she’s ever known. She grew up in California, went to school here, built friendships here, and has spent her entire life contributing to her community. She works hard, holds a steady job, pays taxes, and does everything she can to live the American dream.

But as of December 5th, 2025, Katerine was detained by ICE, far away from her family, her friends, and the life she built. She hasn’t been to Honduras since she was a child. The thought of being sent back to a place she doesn’t know, with no support system, is terrifying. She deserves the chance to stay in the only country she remembers as home.

Right now, her freedom depends on securing an immigration lawyer who can fight for her. Legal fees are overwhelming, and without help, she could lose everything. I’m asking for support to raise $10,000 so Katerine can get the legal representation she urgently needs.
