SHC Security and Honey Bees Rehab

Sarasota  Honey Company's beehives were vandalized AGAIN last night!!!! This is the second time in one week. The funds raised will go towards the security of the hives, bee hive GPS/chips per hive, and rehabbing the colonies that have been affected. If any additional funds are raised it will go towards the bees we have at our honey bee sanctuary and rehab apiary. Through our partnership with local organizations, our hives have been used to educate the public on homesteading, beekeeping, plight of the honey bee, and pollination of their gardens. Many of our bees were killed. Those that made it, were negatively affected by these people's bad actions.  We want to continue our partnership with local organizations as it has been an asset for kids and the community as a whole, but it has become apparent that we need our hives to be secure. It is hard for us in agriculture during "normal times" it is extra hard now with the pandemic. We appreciate any aid and prayers you can provide
