Dear Friends and Community Members,
We are reaching out to share the story of Lola, a beloved canine companion whose owner, Elizabeth, recently passed away. Everyone who has ever met Lola knows how loving she is and how well she has always lived up to her name—Lots of Love Always. Elizabeth passed in her sleep on January 30th, snuggled up next to the most loving companion anyone could ask for.
Elizabeth was a cherished member of our community, known for her unwavering kindness to everyone she met, both humans and animals alike. She and Lola were inseparable and were always first in line to greet every new person who joined our community. If you ever needed someone to talk to, she was there to listen. If you ever needed a friend, she was there. Elizabeth was always generous with her time, dedicating herself to the service of others—whether through teaching during the day or volunteering in her free time. Our community deeply mourns the loss of such a kind and compassionate soul.
Due to the suddenness of Elizabeth’s passing, we have established this GoFundMe campaign to honor her memory and ensure that Lola continues to receive the love and care she deserves. Lola was scheduled to undergo surgery for torn cruciate ligaments in the coming months, and it would be incredible if we, as a community, could honor Elizabeth by continuing her legacy of helping others.
The funds raised will be used exclusively for:
• Immediate veterinary care and medical expenses for Lola
• Daily necessities such as food, toys, and grooming
• Any additional costs as Lola transitions to a permanent home
Your support will not only provide for Lola’s immediate needs but also uphold the legacy of Elizabeth’s compassion within our community. Any contribution, no matter the amount, will make a meaningful difference.
We understand that not everyone may be in a position to donate. If you’re unable to contribute financially, please consider sharing this campaign with others who might be able to help.
Thank you for your kindness and support during this time.
