My History:
Shayna B's & the Pickle is currently operating out of a renovated garage in Ashford, Connecticut. I began developing my own baked goods, all vegan and gluten free in September of 2007. I named my business after my two dogs "Shayna" and " Dillon" aka "The Pickle", both very dear to my heart. I've been participating in farmers markets, as well as delivering to local retail food establishments all over the state of CT and over the state lines, for almost 10 years.

Its time to take what I've learned about Gluten Free/ Vegan cooking to the next level...and rock it out in my very first store front in Old Saybrook CT.!! This new venture will allow me to fulfill my dream of providing a dining safe haven for those people who are challenged with food allergies and other dietary restrictions. Your gifts will enable me to produce healthy Gluten Free Vegan breads, baked goods, lunches and desserts in a dedicated GF facility. This beautiful space also needs equipment upgrades, fixtures, a POS system, inventory and staffing to assist me in providing you with the best quality GF food availble. All products will be made as organic and locally sourced as possible. I hope to be fully operational during October 2017.
