Shayna Brianne Tidwell. A Beautiful 29 year old mother, daughter, wife, sister and friend was tragically killed in a car crash on 11/15/23. She fought for six hours before she was finally called home.
Dear family, friends, and those we don’t yet know:
We are uniting as a family to create a fundraiser in memory of Shayna Tidwell, as she lost her life (along with her beloved dog Bella) in a tragic accident on Wednesday, 11/15/23. Shayna and her husband Shane (first name Brandon) had just celebrated their 5th year wedding anniversary on 11/13/2023. She was a truly extraordinary soul who went above and beyond for her loved ones, most importantly her husband (and my brother), Shane, their daughter, and her mother, Christa. Shayna was not just an ordinary human being; she was the glue, the angel that touched the lives of those around her. Sadly, we've lost her far too soon. She fought tirelessly and advocated for their daughter, for years, to ensure their daughter’s safety and well being. She is the founder of Bonus Mommas Never Give Up, her goal and mission in life, to help other parents protect their children.
We are reaching out far and wide and are asking you to be a part of this meaningful endeavor to save their family’s home, her dream house they just purchased in July 2023, and help cover the medical bills that come with the medical teams trying desperately to save her life. They Life flighted her from the crash. She fought for six hours straight. They did everything they could to save her life. They had to put nine coolers of donor blood into her to try and save her. The injuries were just too severe. Her husband stayed by her side as much as the medical teams would allow. He held her as she passed, and gave her a kiss goodbye!
Shane wants you to know how much Shayna was truly an amazing person. She became a mom to a four-year-old little girl in 2017 without hesitation. She didn’t have to take care of, or take responsibility for her, but she never saw this little girl as anything other than her daughter. They were inseparable and Shayna loved her with all of her heart. Every birthday, holiday, school event, mommy and me days, we’re special. They just had just gotten their nails done together several days before the accident. When their daughter came out from saying goodbye, she said, “Chi Chi”, mommy’s nails still look beautiful.
Shayna has two stepdaughters that live in South Carolina as well that she loved with all of her heart; she had so much love to give and it came to her naturally and unconditionally. She was truly a one of a kind, generously amazing person.
Your contribution will not only support the memory of an amazing human being, but help her husband and daughter to keep their family home, as he is on VA pension and their family survived on two incomes that is now one. Please help us create a lasting impact in her honor. Please share this with your family and friends, and join us in spreading the word about Shayna's legacy and the profound loss we've experienced. Here is a YouTube link to her husband‘s channel where he will periodically be loading videos so that people can see exactly the type of person she is, and how amazing she truly was. These videos and pictures exist because she never wanted to miss a memory or experience. She documented everything and filled all of our lives and their home with pictures that we now are so much more thankful for.
Together, let's celebrate the life of someone who made a difference, an impact, and ensure her memory continues to shine brightly.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Her Family
