My 18-year-old daughter, Shayla Farley, passed away very unexpectedly on June 14, 2025. Because of her being out of state and other circumstances, I wasn't notified until yesterday (06/26). No one ever plans to do funeral arrangements for a healthy, active 18-year-old who had her WHOLE life ahead of her. But unfortunately, I'm having to now. This has all been such a shock and still seems unreal.

We have no money put back for these expenses, and there are a lot of decisions that need to be made immediately. I hate to ask for help at all, but I don't have any other choice at the moment. We need $1,500 for the simplest cremation available, and I'm unsure if the hospital she is in is within the 30-mile radius or not. I may have to pay more for that. So, I am making this GoFundMe page to help cover the costs. I'd also like to give her a memorial service, but that isn't a necessity. I know times are hard on everyone financially right now, so any little bit you can give will be greatly appreciated.
